#59 Mardi Gras

Fat Tuesday, Mardi Gras, came and went without fanfare around here. Once upon a time we used to go out and celebrate Fashing with the local Austrians (I worked at Stratton Mtn Ski School then, with Austrian ski instructors). Now adays it's just like any other day. I had to spend a few hours at the Toyota dealership to get my car serviced so had plenty of time to listen to music and tangle away.

I suppose loosing my brother last week had something to do with the lack of excitement. Rest in peace, Dick.

  1. A terrible loss, I can understand not in the mood to celebrate. Nonetheless a fine tangled mask.

  4. Jane, so sorry about your loss. Your mask is so beautiful. Maybe it was a good thing that you had to sit while your car was serviced so you could lose yourself in this beautful creation.
